The decontamination of a portion of the site will take place during the summer of 2023. The mobilization of our workforce is scheduled for the week of June 26, 2023, and will last approximately two months. Our teams are committed to ensuring that the site is clean, secure, and compliant with all relevant environmental standards.
As you may already know, our project consists of six distinct phases. In the interest of efficiency, we have decided to undertake the decontamination and excavation of the first two phases simultaneously before proceeding to the construction of the buildings.
Construction of Phase 1, which will include rental housing and commercial spaces, will commence shortly, and we anticipate completion by 2025. Construction of Phase 2, which will feature condominiums, will closely follow thereafter!
RESIDENTS NOTICE
During this decontamination period, you may notice an increase in truck traffic. However, considering that the majority of operations will take place from the site itself, this construction phase should not cause any changes to the current travel habits of the neighborhood residents.
